I am a freelance Personal Trainer at Juvenate Health Club, Oxford and own Just Strive Fitness. Health and fitness is something I am very passionate about and my aim is to give you confidence in the gym and to help you enjoy the process of getting fitter and stronger. I am there to motivate, inspire and help you reach your fitness goals. I will be there to push you but also to ensure your technique is never sacrificed.
